AFTER what has been a downbeat, uninspiring and depressingly predictable first half of the international summer, let's hope the forthcoming series with India invigorates us all. I can't remember a more tedious contest than the one we endured against the West Indies in which, for the most part, the quality of cricket was well below Test standard.
