LONG gone are the days when our MPs represented the cream of the intelligentsia. Lembit Opik, the Liberal Democrat MP, took part in a celebrity edition of Mastermind recorded this week with TV presenter Paul Ross, Coronation Street actress Wendi Peters and TV gardener Diarmuid Gavin.
