Nightmare on the Tube, train or bus? Contact us and tell transport bosses what they need to know
ON WEDNESDAY evening my 10-year-old son got off a bus in Kensington but before his sister and the adult with them could follow, the driver shut the doors. The passengers shouted at him to stop but he waved them away and sped off. TfL says it won't be able to identify the driver but the bus company might remind drivers of their responsibilities. TfL has encouraged more children travelling alone. What a shame bus drivers haven't been trained to ensure children's safety.See the full content of this document
