PG, 106 minutes, dir Robert Altman ALTMAN'S last film is a quirky and starstudded riff on Garrison Keillor's odd radio programme, in which Keillor (who wrote the film and plays himself) imagines the final broadcast. Kevin Kline is terrific as a self-conscious gumshoe, Meryl Streep delightfully histrionic as one of many musical acts.
