PRIMARY schools in London have the highest truancy rates across England.
Of 13 Local Education Authorities that scored more than one per cent for the number of unauthorised absences, 10 were in the capital. The national average is 0.5 per cent. The joint worst performing LEAs were Tower Hamlets and Greenwich, with 1.3 per cent each.See the full content of this document
