Summary


TWO key Tube lines reopened today for the first time since the 7 July bombings.

There is a full service on the Hammersmith City line between Hammersmith and Barking, while District line services began running again between Wimbledon and Edgware. This means all parts of the District line, one of the busiest BY DICK MURRAY Transport Editor United: workers at Edgware Road and Aldgate stations show their support on the network and used by more than 650,000 passengers a day, are operational. However, the Circle line and major sections of the Piccadilly line remain closed.
