DEALERS blew a fuse and made a wobbly start to the week after technical problems resulted in business on the London International Financial Futures Exchange (Liffe) grinding to a halt.
Trading was halted from the outset at 7am and it was more than four hours before someone was able to throw a switch and enable trading to resume in financial instruments such as FTSE 100 index futures, short-term interest rates and equities.See the full content of this document
