FRANK LAMPARD was today told by the Football Association he will not face further punishment over his 'silence' gesture towards Liverpool fans at the weekend.

Lampard put his right forefinger to his lips as he wheeled away in celebration after putting Chelsea 1-0 up from the penalty spot. He was immediately booked for unsporting behaviour by referee Graham Poll.
