CHARLES KENNEDY today promised to make London a "safer and greener" city as he unveiled his plans for the capital.
The Liberal Democrat leader pledged an extra 2,000 police to ensure every London neighbourhood had its own "dedicated community police team". These will be backed by an additional 1,095 community support officers.See the full content of this document
