CRYSTAL PALACE chairman Simon Jordan's legal dispute with former boss Iain Dowie has hotted up again, writes Simon Johnson. Jordan has warned Dowie he will take everything he's got if the former West Ham striker proceeds with an appeal against the decision of the High Court this summer, which found Dowie guilty of 'fraudulent misrepresentation'.
The Palace chairman claims Dowie agreed a settlement with him after complaining he couldn't afford to pay the Pounds 1million in damages plus costs, only to back out when he was granted an appeal.See the full content of this document
