PRE-ELECTION worries have triggered the biggest fall in London house prices for eight months, according to a new report, writes Jane Padgham.
Estate agent Haart, which has about 100 branches in and around the capital, says prices tumbled by 3% in March - the largest decline since July last year when the market was in the grip of a sharp slowdown.
