LONDON is hot, declared Richard Northcott, chairman of top-of- the-range bling jeweller Theo Fennell, today as he unveiled more than doubled profits of Pounds 1.6 million last year.

Fennell plans to open a second store in Moscow and concessions in Bahrain and Kazakhstan. It is also closer to launching its first New York outlet.
