Bob Neill v Bob Kiley OUTGOING transport commissioner Bob Kiley gamely agreed to appear before the London Assembly only days before he stands down.

But an awkward encounter - which his office had tried unsuccessfully to limit to an hour - focused almost entirely on his bumper pay packet. Tory group leader Bob Neill used his barrister's skills to dissect Kiley, supported by Labour bulldog John Biggs. Kiley defended his record but will have left City Hall feeling bruised and disrespected.
