Mitsui ventures into London offices with Pounds 119 million buy JAPANESE trading firm Mitsui has signalled a push into the London property market, agreeing to buy two office buildings in the City from Germany's Deutsche Immobilien Fonds. The company did not identify the buildings but said they are leased to Royal Bank of Canada until 2011 and 2012. Mitsui said it would pay a total of Pounds 119 million for the buildings, renovate them after the end of the leases and resell them.
