Dell shocks investors with a surprise warning COMPUTER giant Dell has issued a surprise profit warning, saying it will take charges of about $450 million (Pounds 254.2 million) in the third quarter of the year for the cost of repairing computer systems for customers due to a vendor who did not supply parts to its specifications.
