Summary
TORY leadership contender David Davis misses the point when he accuses Dr Hywel Francis of "hypocrisy" over his objection to the late licence application by the Morpeth Arms, SW1 (19 August). Dr Francis voted for a Bill that entitles him to do what he is doing - to have a say about extended drinking time in a pub in his area; as indeed Mr Davis, a regular at the pub, is doing himself.
