Wireless Group gets boost in ratings battle

KELVIN MacKenzie today claimed that major advertisers with his broadcasting business The Wireless Group are now making decisions based on ratings drawn from his preferred electronic measuring device rather than monitoring body Rajar's diary of listening habits. Pre-tax losses at Wireless Group, home to talkSPORT, fell by Pounds 9.1 million to Pounds 11.2 million in 2003.
