AN EXECUTIVE of a company which runs a network of care homes told police after a resident died in one of them, "s**t happens in our business", Wood Green crown court heard today.
Glen von Malachowski, who was chief executive of company Robinia, made the remark after Jesse Moores, 26, of Friern Barnet choked to death on a sandwich at The Chine in Enfield. He was autistic and had a history of choking.See the full content of this document
