2.00 Another new race to the Festival and this one has worked well, with any number of useful young chasers. Big Rob and King Harald have both crept in at the bottom of the weights, but their freewheeling style could set things up for the likes of Joes Edge, Liverpool Echo, Captain Corelli and Bizet to come to the fore in the straight. Joes Edge has solid course form behind a good yardstick in Lacdoudal, while Liverpool Echo jumped really well on his way to a decisive victory at Kempton last time.
Bizet arrives from Ireland after a cosy Clonmel win and would be suited by any rain overnight, but the progressive CAPTAIN CORELLI could call the tune at an each-way price.
