GREG DYKE may be downsizing his property empire. The former BBC director-general has just spent Pounds 3 million on a modern house overlooking the river at Richmond Bridge, although he has still to sell his current home in the nearby St Margarets area of Twickenham.
Dyke's new house, with six and "fabulous private-moorings", according to the estate agent's details, is not exactly tiny. It is thought that, because his children have grown up, he now has less use for his current St Margarets pad, which is considerably larger than his new residence.See the full content of this document
