SIMON GRAY could be forgiven for going to ground following the reviews of the revival of his 1987 play The Holy Terror which opened at the Duke of York's theatre last night. Despite an impressive cast including Lydia Fox, 25-year-old daughter of actor James Fox, the critics today have been less than generous.
