TWO British soldiers killed in Afghanistan were named today.
Lance Bombardiers Ross Clark and Liam McLaughlin, from 29 Commando Regiment Royal Artillery, died in a Taliban rocket attack during fierce fighting in the Helmand region. L/Bdr Clark, 25, from South Africa, had served in Iraq and was described by the MoD as "an exceptionally gifted soldier" who was also a top triathlete. His friend L/Bdr McLaughlin, 21, from Lancashire, known as Paddy, possessed a "rare combination of natural verve and determined professionalism" and was "much loved", the MoD said.See the full content of this document
