Food Spy hears news of Gordon Ramsay's (above right) latest ambition. 'He wants to open a restaurant in Paris, where he spent his formative years training under legends such as Guy Savoy,' says a leading London restaurateur. 'He's been hitting the phones trying to find a head chef, but so far without getting who he wants.'
