LONDON'S retailers have suffered a fresh blow following last week's failed bomb attacks, with shopper numbers down sharply.
Retail monitor SPSL said there were 19.1 per cent fewer shoppers on Saturday than a year ago, and 21.9 per cent fewer on Sunday. On Thursday, numbers were down by 26.9 per cent.
