ROGER FEDERER had nothing but praise for Guillermo Canas after the Argentinian got the better of him for the second time in a fortnight with a thrilling win in the fourth round of the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami. Canas followed up his shock victory against the world No1 in Indian Wells by winning last night's third-set tiebreak 7-5 to go through 7-6, 2-6, 7-6.

It had looked like the defending champion would exact revenge for his earlier defeat by Canas as he breezed through the second and took a 3-0 lead in the decider.
