ROGER FEDERER already has the look of a champion about him. He booked his place in the last 16 at Flushing Meadows with a 6-3, 7- 6, 6-2 victory over Belgian Olivier Rochus and is odds-on to become the first man to retain both the Wimbledon and US Open titles in the same summer.

The world No1's victory against the 27th seeded Rochus extended his winning streak to 21 matches.
