AN ANTI-crime squad hailed as Britain's answer to the FBI is reviewing its hitlist after failing to catch 130 crime barons it aimed to bring down.

Experienced officers at the Serious Organised Crime Agency, set up in 2006, claim the organisation's original plan to target suspects believed to be controlling the drugs trade, human trafficking and racketeering in the UK, has been shelved.
