PLANS to imprison anyone who "glorifies" terrorism are unnecessary and likely to be stymied by Parliament, the Prime Minister's former law chief warned today.

Lord Morris, who served as Attorney General during Tony Blair's first term, said moves to detain terror suspects for 90 days without charge would also face serious obstacles.
