Regarding Lambeth's diversity -- Lambeth Country Show was held last weekend. Where else in the UK could you get a tent with ragga blaring out alongside falconry and jousting, next to a stall proclaiming women's rights to wear hessian? Lambeth is bonkers, but a great place to live. James.
Like Emma Duncan, I have a hospitalised elderly mother and I am horrified by her view that we will one day accept the cost of caring for the old is too great.
