TV PReSeNTeR and campaigner esther Rantzen opened her own information and advice centre today as she began her fight to be an MP.

The 69-year-old -- who made her name through the consumer programme That's Life and was appointed a CBe for her work in setting up the charity ChildLine -- opened her campaign from a former shop in Luton's indoor market, where people would be able to meet her and discuss their concerns.
