SOUTH AFRICA'S state-owned power utility Eskom, already forcing power cuts on miners Anglo American, BHP Billiton and Xstrata, is facing a new crisis and may not have enough water to cool two new coal-fired power plants that are planned to come on line in 2012.
Reports in Johannesburg say the two plants, costing a total of 150 billion rand (Pounds 6.2 billion) to build, will need more water than is currently available through a planned pipeline.See the full content of this document
