IT DIDN'T take long. Right wing Americans have resorted to dirty tactics to attack Barack Obama: they are comparing him to Tony Blair and Jimmy Carter. Forbes magazine has noted the similarities between Obama's arrival at the White House and the day Blair walked up Downing Street for the first time to enter No 10 as Prime Minister.
