TOTTENHAM defender Erik Edman fears he may miss Sweden's World Cup qualifier against Hungary on Saturday after spending the night in hospital with concussion.

Edman was unable to continue on Saturday after a clash of heads with Everton striker Marcus Bent. It was the first time Edman now wonders whether the will be allowed to play for his country.
