MOVING house or changing decor? Get into the recycling habit. There's no need to cart off that redundant sofa to the local tip, or to pay the council to send it to landfill. Last year, encouraged by council and community schemes, we managed to recycle an extra four per cent of the 17 million tonnes of rubbish that London's residents generate annually.
