Sunday My sister is over with her family, so I have been showing them round. Yesterday we went on a desert safari. My five-year-old niece loved the bumpy roads here, so we thought she would enjoy haring up and down sand dunes. At first she was in fits of laughter, then all went quiet on the back seat. "When are we seeing the camels?" she asked.
Camels were organised for that evening. We went to a traditional Arabic dinner eaten sitting on carpets, watching belly dancers, with camel rides to follow. Spent the working day replying to people from England who wonder why we are shut on Fridays.See the full content of this document
