Summary
ALL motorists are set to be advised to carry fluorescent clothes in their car for use if they break down or have an accident.
The new advice is due to be included in a revised version of the Highway Code. A proposed section on breakdowns says: "Help other road users see you by wearing light coloured fluorescent clothing in daylight and reflective clothing at night or in poor visibility."See the full content of this document
