THE pilot of a helicopter that crashed in May last year, killing a millionaire honorary vice-president of Chelsea FC, probably became disorientated.

An Air Accidents Investigation Branch report said it was also possible a benign lesion in the pilot's brain could have contributed to the accident which killed all four people on board the twin- engined Squirrel helicopter.
