TRAIN staff let a disabled man miss a train because they were "too busy" to help.
The passenger was the Chairman of the Disability Rights Commission, Bert Massie, who was left on the platform of Euston station in his wheelchair as the Virgin train he was booked on left without him.See the full content of this document
