IT USED to be hugely difficult for design graduates to get their work to a wider audience, especially for those based outside London. Today, happily, the situation is very different. Not only is there New Designers at the Business Design Centre in Islington, but also several satellite shows highlighting particular areas of design.

Spread over two weeks, New Designers plays host to most of the country's academic design institutions, displaying the work of about 4,000 students.
