DIVORCED mothers who refuse to let their ex-husbands see their children may be forced to work at weekends under plans announced today.

Lord Chancellor Lord Falconer said that he would like to see courts given tough new powers to make uncooperative mothers take unpaid jobs to ensure they didn't obstruct their former partners.
