FORMER star Credit Suisse First Boston investment banker Frank Quattrone, one of the masters of the boom-bust internet universe of the late 1990s, is to be handed a jail sentence today.
Quattrone faces up to 21 months in prison after being found guilty in May of obstruction of justice by sending an email to his underlings urging them to "clean" their files while he knew that there was a regulatory investigation under way into how CSFB allocated shares in the then super-hot internet floats.See the full content of this document
