HOUSEBUILDER Country Metropolitan said there remained "tremendous pent-up demand for housing in the UK" at affordabe prices. CM's forward sales stand at Pounds 38.3 million at the end of this month after a 97.1% increase in pre-tax profits to Pounds 10.4 million for the year to end-June. The total dividend rises to 4.125p from 3.025p.
