FOR a dozen years, John Tunstill ran London's only toy-soldier shop, in Kennington; he has built a career out of doing rather offbeat things. And 24 years ago, he and his wife, Liliana, moved to northern Umbria. "The area was unknown in the UK in 1982," says Tunstill, a dapper 66-year-old.
