A BREEDER of exotic cats lost a court battle today to keep a "zoo- style" animal enclosure in his back garden Philip Catt, who lives in Finchley Garden Village conservation area, must demolish the 86 square metre timber and wire structure.

He uses it to breed Savannah cats a cross between a domestic moggie and the wild African Serval. Savannahs are known for their long body, spotted markings and large ears.
