ANTHEA TURNER'S husband, Grant Bovey, pictured, seems to have an amazing Midas touch. He says his Imagine Homes buy-to-let business will float on AIM next year, with a value of Pounds 200 million, and that it made a Pounds 13 million profit on sales of Pounds 120 million in just the last six months. Since

the last audited filed accounts to 31 March 2005 show a pre-tax loss of more than Pounds 2 million on sales of just Pounds 28.6 million (it had negative shareholder funds of Pounds 2.1 million and a credit rating which went from caution in 2003-4 to high risk in 2004-5), this would represent a truly stunning 18-month growth story. Or is it possible the battering Ricky Gervais gave him during that celebrity boxing bout might have scrambled his brains?
