YOUR headline "City Heart lives" last night (December 21) was wrong. It should have read "City Heart to die".
For the sake of some ideology and some lines drawn on some plan the majority of city councillors are prepared to carry on and rip out mature trees and rip up the existing grass, which will destroy the Church Street side of The Square. That peaceful and beautiful area compensates for the concrete jungle on the other side. Any change would be tantamount to vandalism by the councillors.See the full content of this document
