CAN I GET HIGH LEGALLY? 9pm, BBC3 George Lamb admits that he is not unacquainted with altered states of mind. He is intrigued by a new phenomenon -- the "legal high". Some teenagers agree to share their legal substances. Worryingly, all the stuff is marked "not for human consumption". George gallantly offers himself as a guinea- pig. Toby Stephens narrates in arrestingly cynical tones.See the full content of this document
