WHEN Shajal Patel popped out do some shopping, she left her car parked outside her house in its usual spot, writes Rob Singh.
When she returned, she was astonished to find it had been marooned in the middle of a building site. A trench had been dug around the car, banks of earth built up in front and behind, and fencing surrounded it. The workmen had left, and her Peugeot was marooned all weekend.
