PROTESTERS are threatening to bring gridlock to central London in a demonstration against the congestion charge extension. They aim to paralyse key roads between Kensington and Westminster on Saturday with a convoy of 80 slowmoving cars driven by members of the West London Residents' Association.
They will drive to Parliament Square before heading to areas in Mayor Ken Livingstone's proposed western extension, which encompasses Hammersmith and Fulham, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea.See the full content of this document
