ONE of the frontrunners in Labour's deputy leadership race has called on businesses to provide a "league table" of their charitable works to show that they areputting enough back into society.
Hilary Benn, who has overtaken Alan Johnson as the favourite, told the Standard: "I think businesses should publish clear details of what they give to charity and they should be encouraged to compete to be the most generous."
